My 35mm camera has also come with me on travels all over the world. I used it to take pictures in Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe, capturing people from many different cultures. It was a great feeling to see people in different, exotic dress, working and playing the same way we do all around the world. I'd always get excited by the prospect of developing my 35mm camera film when I got back from a trip, and showing the pictures of the people I met to my friends once back home.

In the world of movies and entertainment, even zombies do evolve.  These zombies have gone from being slow and lumbering to agile, quick-thinking beasts of horror lore.

In the Resident Evil video games of Resident Evil 5, game publisher and developer Capcom have adapted to this by crafting a new spin in its survival horror franchise.  Make no mistake, the classic elements of the franchise are still intact.  Long-time lead character Chris Redfield can shoot zombies only while standing still and ammunition is hard to find.

Take note, you cannot outpace the creatures, so if you are not precise in your attacks, be prepared to get bitten and lose some health.

What has evolved to match the ferocity of the monsters is the action.  Shoot a zombie a few times (yes, they can still survive after a few shots) and you will get a chance to execute a special melee that will send them crashing to the floor.  Just like the previous versions, Chris has a partner but it is not fan favourite Jill Valentine.  Though she is still in the game, she has been replaced by newcomer Sheva Alomar.

Sheva will prove very useful during concentrated zombie attacks and will always be there to help you if you sustain too much damage.  Unfortunately, her main objective is to survive so ammunition and health pack conservation is not a priority.  The trigger-happy beauty will gladly shoot them or heal you at the slightest sign of first trouble.

There are also more treasures, such as statues and gems, strewn throughout the game for players to sell.  They can then use the money to upgrade their weapons.  However, unloading a magazine clip into a boss creature will not defeat him.  More is needed to defeat the creature and, in most cases, a little ingenuity helps.  At one level, players need to trap a monster made of goo in an incinerator to burn it.  At another, it is a combination of shots and well-timed action buttons that will save your skin.

The Resident Evil video games series has never been about Rambo-esque action so these elements are appreciated as they ground the game rather than transform it into a mindless shooting exercise.  As with other Capcom games, expect beautiful graphics but corny dialogue.

The only flaw is that some horror elements have been removed. The atmospheric sense of dread in the previous outings have been replaced by screaming creatures that announce their presence.

If you can hear them from afar, it is easier to shoot them as well.  Now enjoy this best series of Resident Evil video games series – the Resident Evil 5

The main one that pops into my head is most certainly not what you would normally expect to see in a driving game. Easily the most unrealistic driving game ever made. Got to be in the top three of all time and not just my personal opinion, its Mario Kart. Gaming is not about realism it is about how much fun you have when playing the game and Mario Kart is a great example of this. It is a great game with many karts, bikes and items to choose from. Nothing in all my years of playing games is more satisfying on a driving game than to see someone get blown up by a cartoon bomb or struck by lightening.

Forza 2 is a brilliant driving game on the Xbox 360. This game is brilliant as it not only looks very realistic you can play it online as well as choose every single part of the car from the paint to the engine. You have to stop and make repairs at the pit stop from the realistic damage you get from the crashes you may suffer. Ranging from the bottom end of the Golf GT right the way up to the Lotus Elise this game has so many cars to choose from. The handling feels like it would when you are driving these fantastic cars as well. For example if you are going to go at 100mph round a corner then yoou have to expect the consequences just as you would in reality.

The Grand Turismo series looks pretty amazing. They have always been known for their abilty to show realistic gameplay and number five certainly does not steer from this. The game truly represents the cars in the form you would see them in reality.

The same is true in real life. You can get great cars at quite a low cost. You can get car contracting on pretty much any model nowadays ranging from mini’s right the way to Mercedes contract hire. They really are a great way to beat the downturn with prices under £300 a month you cant really go wrong.

Games have every car you could possibly wish for but nowadays new cars are just too expensive.
